In Proverbs 4:18 it says, The path of the righteous is like the shining sun that shines brighter until that day when the Lord returns. Because of Jesus we can shine on and be the light in the darkness to the world around us. He is our Light and we are graced with His righteousness as we walk in His ways. We once lived in darkness, but He called us out of darkness into His marvelous Light. 1Peter2:9

What a great privilege it is to shine for Him and glorify His name to a world that doesn’t have the hope we have in Christ. We are blessed for our eyes are enlightened to see and we are renewed, refreshed and revived through the power of the Holy Spirit every day as we let Him have His way in our hearts.

I love the scripture the Lord speaks in Isaiah 42:6 “I am the LORD, I have called You in righteousness, I will hold Your hand and watch over You, I will appoint You as a covenant to the people and as a light to the nations. And another in Isaiah 60:1 “Arise and shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.” We have the light of Christ shining within us and the glory of the Lord is risen upon us and it also says nations will be drawn to our light. PUT on the garment of PRAISE for the spirit of heaviness.

PRAISE delivers the captive and sets the prisoner free in his heart, it breaks the chains that bind you whether it be chains of fear, bitterness, anxiety, heaviness

I will put on the garment of PRAISE and put off the spirit of heaviness Isaiah 61:3

Jesus came to give us beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; so, we could be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, so HE may be glorified.

Garment of praise is a free gift from God, but there is a putting on of this garment. It is not something that comes natural and you are not always going to feel like it in the flesh because there will be times when your emotions are distraught. Your emotions can`t be trusted, for they are like the waves of the sea at times tossed to and fro. PRAISE is an expression of our love and reverence and respect for God. It is also an act of obedience. HE is enthroned in the praises of HIS people, in other words, HE abides, HE delights, and HE moves mightily through our praises. In 11 Chron. 20:21,22 God moved in miraculous ways as the people praised Him, also as Paul and Silas in prison sang praises to the Lord, He came down for them and did great and mighty things. Acts 16:25-34

For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised. He is also to be feared above all gods. 1 Chron. 16:25, I will praise Your great and awesome name. You are holy. Ps.99:3. Let’s together search the scriptures this week and find the praise verses and speak them out and give Him all praise. Praise is mentioned in the bible about 248 times. Lord Jesus, I walk in obedience to Your word and I put on the garment of praise and give You all praise, for You are worthy. I will enter Your gates with thanksgiving and into Your courts with praise. I will be thankful and bless Your name. In Your precious name, Amen

If we live day by day trusting in our own abilities and do only what we think we can achieve what good is that? Jesus said in Luke 18:27 what’s impossible with man is possible with God.  I want to run in the impossible and allow Him to supernaturally work the impossible through me. I don’t want to settle for second best and achieve only what I can do BUT I desire to reach higher and trust deeper in my God who can do the unthinkable and beyond what’s achievable to man.  Why does the Lord tell us in Proverbs 3:5 to trust in Him and not lean on our own understanding? Could it be what He wants to do for you is bigger than what your mind could ever comprehend! HIS ways and HIS thoughts are much higher than yours and mine! Is GOD asking you to step out and walk on water and the waves are too high and none of it makes sense? Then rejoice and get excited and cast off all fear and fix your eyes on JESUS for HE will make it happen.

Come run with me on the impossible waters with GOD and HE will do through you what you never thought possible!! May these words encourage you today and run with patience the vision GOD has given you and write it down and make it plain for all to see on that day as GOD brings it to completion in your life!! Lord Jesus, Help me to Trust You And not think in the natural but I believe You will do the impossible for me. Your ways and thoughts are higher and You can do greater than what my mind can comprehend. Amen

With Forgiveness there is true Freedom. As long as we hold on to unforgiveness, it stops us from moving forward to all God has for us. It blocks the channel of communication between you and God. It is important to forgive others so we can become more like Jesus. I believe true forgiveness in our hearts can only come from Him. The more we humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord, the more grace we receive to forgive. We need to forget what others have done to hurt us and not rehearse it over in our minds. We may not forget completely but we need to let it go and let God take over. Put it out of your mind and not remind yourself of what they did but set your mind on other things as it says in Philippians chapter 4 verse 8 to think on things that are true, honest, just, pure and lovely and of good report and if there be any virtue and praise keep your mind on those things. Sometimes it is even more difficult to forgive ourselves over something we did, and I remember times in my life when I would beat myself up over an area where I failed, until the Lord brought to my remembrance the scripture in Romans chapter 8 verse 1, There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. I can’t condemn myself, for Jesus has forgiven me, so therefore I need to forgive myself.  When we allow the Holy Spirit to renew our mind from negative thinking and restore our heart to truly forgive ourselves and others, then our spiritual being is renewed, refreshed and revived to live in true freedom. Let’s move forward and forgive and forget so we can experience true freedom in the Spirit.

James 4:6,7,8,10.

Lord Jesus, Please help me to forgive others as You have forgiven me. Help me to grow in Your grace and the knowledge of Your word, so I may be pleasing in Your sight. Help me to let go and dwell on You so I can live in true freedom. In Your precious name, Amen

In 11 Tim.1:7 it says, For God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. What a powerful promise for you and me today and every day. He gives us power, to overcome all fear, we are more than conquerors because of His great love and as we commune with Him, we are lifted high above all fear. And our mind is still as we keep our thoughts focused on Him, instead of building up fear in our minds. We need to build up faith in Him, for He is forever faithful. Sometimes it is easy for our minds to get carried away in fearful thoughts when an unexpected thing comes our way. It could be a health issue, financial struggle, or family problems etc. but whatever the situation big or small we need to stand strong. As we read His word and spend time in His presence, we will gain strength and we are empowered to live a life of faith. Many times, in our weakest moments the enemy will attack and cause us to fear. He wants us to live down under so he can get in a few extra punches. But God has given us authority to keep him under our feet and overtake his lies. We can rise above with the spiritual weapons God has given us, which are His sword (His word) and weapon of prayer. As we do, His power ignites a fire to burn every fearful thought and cast off each care.  When we do, we will overcome and live in victory instead of defeat. God says multiple times in His word, Do, not fear. So, let us focus on Him and gain His strength and power to be an overcomer. We have truly nothing to fear when we put our total trust in Him. We serve a God who keeps His promises and He will never let us down.

Lord Jesus,

Greater are You in me, than he that is in the world. I stand on Your word and refuse to let the spirit of fear overtake me.

I will not let fearful thoughts take over my mind. I will keep my emotions under control. I will release the power of the Holy Spirit over my mind and rebuke all fear. I receive the promise of Your love, for I know I am Yours and You are mine.

I will put my mind to rest on Your promise and I will stand on the power of Your word. Thank You Lord for I know with You I can do all things.

I once walked a dark path and I was ready to end my life. There was no light at the end of the tunnel for me. I had lost all hope, destined for death.

To my surprise I discovered along the pathway a precious treasure beyond any other. From that moment on I was never the same again. I found as time went on, He was the most valuable jewel beyond all the riches in this world and no one or nothing could ever replace Him. I was called out of darkness into His marvelous Light beyond the believable. He said, I am the Light of the world and if I follow Him, I will no longer walk in darkness but have the LIGHT of life.

I accepted His invitation and there are no words to describe this life I now live. It is a spiritual journey with Him. He lifts me high above every trial as I take hold of His hand. What a glorious adventure it has been over the years. He has planted new hope within me with overflowing joy unspeakable and ever flowing  peace beyond all understanding. He is now the Light upon my path, and I walk in the Light of His word in the land of the living. His name is Jesus+~

My heart breaks when I hear of so many suicides around the world. My desire is to reach out to those who walk the path I once did. My heart’s prayer is for them to also discover this new life I now live. My husband and I pass out brochures and a book of my story titled, A Daydreamer with a Dream wherever we go in hopes to make a difference. I will go to whatever extent I need, to save a life.

“If you reading this feel all is lost, why not give Jesus a chance? What have you got to lose? You won’t be sorry you did, and I believe what He did for me He can do for you.”

Psalms 91 has inspired me this morning, It is all about a covenant we have with God and His promises. Each verse is interwoven in revelation of God’s presence upon us. I discover treasures beyond any other, when I live my life within the shadow of the Most High. He is my God and in Him I will trust. He longs for us to dwell in the secret place with Him, When we do, we are safe, sheltered and secure. We are shielded from all harm, He is our hope that holds us, our stronghold to shelter us. He is our great confidence, our strong tower. As we run to Him, we are safe. Prov.18:10, He rescues us from every hidden trap of the enemy. He protects us from any false accusations. He delivers us because He delights in us. Ps.18:19

How beautiful as you meditate on the power of these words. They are written for you that no matter how difficult the road may seem this day, in those precious moments as you seek His face, He’ll keep you safe, sheltered and secure. He’ll rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy He’ll protect you from any false accusations spoken against you. He will deliver you, because He delights in you. You are precious in His sight and honored by Him because He loves you. Is.43:4 What treasures we have to hold on to and many more in His word. Let us dwell in the beauty of His presence and the power of His word and enjoy every benefit.

Sometimes it seems so much easier to hold on to something negative that happens to us even though we know it is best to let go we still want to hang on to it. And there are times when we thought we let it go, but didn’t. Why do we hold onto things that will only bring us down? What is the point of keeping things that only cause us grief? The more we contemplate in our minds and look for a solution, confusion sets in which only leads to frustration. Then anxiety develops when we can’t let go of things that worry us. We need to realize the more we hold on to something negative the less chance we have of moving forward. We will be like stagnant water, still and lifeless with no hope of flowing into the goodness of God and we become stale. Are you worrisome, troubled or depressed? What is it that has caused you to be in this condition? Is it really healthy to live this way? I would say not. When you wake up in the morning what is the first thing you think of? Is it of all the craziness of the day that is ahead of you? Do you wake up resentful and bitter for all that happened yesterday? Are you concerned about tomorrow and all the things you have to do next week? I challenge you when you awaken in the morning tomorrow, let your heart be thankful to be alive and thank GOD for another new day and say, This is the day that YOU LORD has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118:24

Let us let go of yesterday and all of its problems for GOD has the solution

Let us let go of what may come tomorrow for HE has our future in His hands

Let us let go of what’s happening right now for GOD is at work on your behalf

Don’t try to understand what can’t be understood it will only cause needless worry

Don’t try to make things happen that are better to be left alone GOD knows what HE’s doing so all we need to do is Rest our mind, Relax our emotions Rejoice in our heart and be thankful to GOD and let HIM complete the work HE has begun in us. We have given our hearts to the LORD JESUS and that is beautiful, but HE also wants to be included in our everyday life and every circumstance. HE wants us to let go and let Him take care of it for you. In John 14 JESUS said, Let not your hearts be troubled for HE knew they were troubled with doubt and had questions on their mind about various things.  HIS promise in 1 Peter 5:7 says HE wants us to cast all of our cares upon HIM for HE cares for us. HE doesn’t want us to hang on to our problems and be troubled. So let us grasp this mindset with all of our hearts and believe as we give them to HIM they are no longer ours but HIS. But that’s not all there are more beautiful promises in Psalms 138:8 GOD says He will perfect all that concerns us and in Philippians 4:6,7 GOD says not to be anxious about anything and to pray about everything with a thankful heart and let our requests be made known to HIM. HE will not only answer and perfect our concerns But, greater still HIS peace which is beyond all understanding will guard our hearts and our minds in CHRIST JESUS.

Lord Jesus, I thank You for what I’m going through. Please take this problem I’ve been hanging on to. I let it go and give it to You so I can move forward with Your peace in my heart once again. Thank You Lord. Amen

Sometimes God puts us in situations or on an unknown path and we may not understand why or where it is all going. If you are there right now, I want to share with you this word the Lord gave me to encourage your heart to not be troubled or give up for He has put you there for a reason.

~+I have planted you in a foreign place, on an unfamiliar path. It is My purpose to put you there to produce a great harvest in the end. Do not misinterpret what you see around you and do not be dismayed. I have gone before you and will make a way to your divine destiny I have planned from the beginning. It is beyond what your mind could ever comprehend and in the natural it doesn’t make sense because it’s designed by My hand alone. My thoughts and My ways are higher than yours and so is My plan. Rest your mind, relax your emotions and rejoice in your heart for soon a door will open and I will usher you into My divine destination I have commissioned for you. So, don’t get caught up in wayward thinking or be carried away with winds of doubt but continue on and be faithful to My calling. Use this time wisely and be obedient in all I asked you to do. Be patient for this too shall pass and I will soon lead you into a greater tomorrow. All of your yesterdays were not wasted but were all part of My plan. Watch Me rekindle all those ashes of your past you thought were burnt out and gone. I am that I am and will set ablaze and renew greater than before and beyond what you could ever believe so I may be glorified, saith the Lord.+~

Proverbs 3:5,6 says to Trust in the Lord with all your heart and don’t try to understand what He is doing. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. Amen and Amen Isaiah 55:9, Isaiah 61:1-3

Dear Lord Jesus, Help me to trust You, and not give in to fear. I will continue to follow You no matter how things look. I know You have a plan bigger than mine and You will make a way for me when there seems to be no way. Thank You Lord. In your precious name, Amen

I pray as God pours His love upon you His grace abounds within you more & more to carry you through every day. I pray His peace like a river floods over your soul through every storm. I pray as He fills you with joy you will rejoice in hope with patience, constantly in the attitude of prayer, through the power of the Holy Spirit, praying always for all things you hope for. Romans 15:13 I speak His word into your life today. I speak strength and healing in your body, for I believe by His stripes you are healed. Is.53:5 I speak spiritual blessings to flow from the heavens over you and your family. I speak on behalf of your loved ones to be saved & for the Holy Spirit to draw them to receive the gift of salvation. I speak God’s favor over you and your family for financial blessings to overflow. Deut.28:8 I cast off and destroy the spirit of fear for it does not come from God. I speak His power and love upon you and a peaceful sound mind to reign so you can move forward by faith to all He has destined for you. 2 Tim.1:7

I cancel every assignment that the enemy has planned for you and your family. I rebuke every negative word that has been spoken against you today. No weapon that comes against you shall succeed. I silence every voice that falsely accuses you. Is. 54:17 The eyes of the Lord watch over you and His ears are open to your prayers and the cries of your heart. The vision He has given you is set for an appointed time as you watch and wait you shall see the glorious outcome He has planned right from the beginning. God preserves you because you love Him and as you call upon Him, He will answer and deliver you. He will set you on high because you know Him. Ps.91:14

As you walk in the midst of trouble, He will revive you, He will stretch forth His hand against your enemies and His right hand will save you. Ps.138:7

I pray through every tear God will give you great triumph. Ps.126:5,6

I pray you will take courage for God will strengthen your heart. I believe God’s favor is upon you and as you seek Him first and His righteousness all things will be added unto you. Matt.6:33 I pray as you wait on God your strength will be renewed and soar as an eagle. I pray your eyes will be enlightened to see your light affliction, which is but for a moment, will work for you a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory 2 cor.4:17, I pray the peace of God will continue to guard your mind and rule your heart Phil.4:7

I pray God’s grace will overflow in abundance to lift you high above every circumstance you face. 2Cor.12:9 I pray you will be kept by the power of Christ through faith, strengthened by His joy, lifted by His grace and may your hope be built upon every promise in His word. Jesus said in John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you, not as the world gives…His peace is far greater and is beyond all understanding as it says in Phil.4:7 His peace guards our heart and mind when we let go of our anxieties and worry.

Colossians 3:15 says, Let the peace of God rule in your heart, to which you were called in one body and be thankful. Let us pursue the things that make for peace and things to edify one another. Romans.14:19 I will pursue the things that pertain to peace and build up each other accordingly.

May the God of hope fill us with joy and peace so I may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 I believe the God of hope fills us with joy and peace daily so we can abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit and instill hope to others. There are many people all around us who live in fear and worry about tomorrow. My desire is to be like Jesus and allow His hope, peace and joy to touch others even to the hopeless and helpless. His joy, hope and peace is not meant to be kept hidden deep within our souls, but it is given to share with others.

In Romans 14:17 says the kingdom of God is not meat or drink but is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. We have the kingdom of God living within us and as we acknowledge the Holy Spirit, He works in us righteousness, peace and joy. We can’t do it on our own He is our helper and our teacher and so much more.

What are some things that generate God’s PEACE… Don’t live to please yourself but work towards pleasing others. ~Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. James1:19

It’s important to…Be a good Listener and speak less and keep anger under control

Also…~A heart of compassion, ~Acts of kindness towards others, ~Bear one another’s burdens, come along side of them and encourage, ~Be sensitive to other’s feelings, ~Be courteous, ~ Be gracious and lend a helping hand, ~speak words of gentleness and goodness to build up the listener, ~when you receive an evil word from someone replace it with good. Rom.12:12…~replace judgmental or critical thoughts with respectful ones

These are just some of the things I’ve written and there are more but in conclusion to this devotion…I love this new treasure I discovered in God’s word today…

“Scriptures were written so we may learn how we ought to act and through the patience and comfort of the scriptures we gain hope.”

And May the God of patience and comfort cause us to be the same towards one another according to Christ Jesus, so we glorify the God & Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 15:4,5. (Personalized). How beautiful is that? It is important to read the word, so we gain hope and learn how to be patient and it enables us to comfort others. I thank the Holy Spirit for what He has taught me today and I share it with you, and may it bless your heart as it has mine.

When darkness falls and my mind slips away to deep shades of the past and clouds of yesterday…

Before I continue think with me for a moment…There are times when we walk in the newness of Christ, we may be influenced by our experiences of the past and they may dictate our present situations are the same. But they are not, and we need to realize all things are new and old things and old ways, have passed away. For example, in a new relationship God has ordained don’t let the past relationships and other negative events you’ve experienced cause you to fear the same will happen again. Let the past go and all negative thinking and think NEW for Christ has set you free and you are free indeed. The past is gone let it go and walk in the newness of life and enjoy every moment and God’s every pleasure.

My Jesus, ~I arise to the memory of when I first met You and every gift You gave me and all You’ve brought me through, How lovely as Your Light shines a brilliant bright new day forgiving all my past dark clouds they slip away New hope for each tomorrow Great Love for everyday, Strong Faith through every sorrow, Each tear is wiped away, I now have You beside me, You’ll never let me go I know You’ll always love me, For my heart it tells me so. ~

As you walk in the Light of the Lord in the beauty of His grace and the power of His Spirit you will experience a whole new way of walking fulfilled in every way through every step. As you have given your heart to Jesus, He will take you places beyond your every dream. Love Lollita Faith

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, He does not change like shifting shadows. James 1:17

Everything and everyone are created for His purpose and He cares for every living thing. Even the birds He watches over and feeds, He sees the sparrow as it falls and cares about them, but you are more valuable, and He loves and cares for you so much more. Matt.10:29

I remember years ago as I drove along the highway I looked out at the colorful flowers on the side of the road. They portrayed such beauty and yet they were weeds. When I returned home and pondered what my eyes had seen my heart overflowed with these words…

‎~There is beauty in wild flowers but their looked upon as weeds, They are growing for a purpose and its God who plants their seeds, You will see them on the highways in fields where no one dwells, They are blooming in green pastures where He leads us His words tells, If you feel just like this flower in the distance set aside, Remember there’s a purpose if in Him you will abide, You’re created for much greater than your mind can comprehend, So, don’t give up and wither for His dream to you He’ll send, In all things there’s a purpose at this time you know not why, But the best is yet to come, you are destined from on high, Weak things may have no meaning to this world who thinks it’s strong, But to God the weak is mighty with His power He’ll prove them wrong, If you feel your life is useless and you could never be a rose, The seed God planted in you, shall blossom as it grows~

My prayer for you is the next time, you are out and about, may your eyes be enlightened to see the beauty God created for you to enjoy. Also, my prayer is for your heart to awaken to know how much you are valued by Him. Whatever you are going through right now and however you may feel about yourself, God has a purpose and plan for you, and as you follow Him wherever He leads, you will be amazed at the outcome!! I say it from personal experience that God can and will do beyond what you could ever imagine. How can I be so confident? Well, He has done for me beyond what I ever dreamed and more! Eph.3:20, 1Cor.1:27

Genesis 3:4-7 In verse 4, Satan told Eve that God had lied to them and withheld their ability to become like God, knowing good and evil to keep them from their ultimate potential. The passage suggests that after she heard this, Eve did not hesitate one bit in making her decision. She took the bait willingly without any doubt and even passed the forbidden fruit to her husband. Satan’s objective was to derail God’s plan to create mankind in His spiritual image and he succeeded at his plot. Satan’s tactics are the same today and even though he has been defeated at the cross through Christ’s death and resurrection he still deceives people in believing they can be their own god (Revelation 20:10) with his lies. While he still has time, he tries to make as many people fail to reach their spiritual potential to its fullest. He will do whatever is in his power to produce counterfeits to take the place of God’s perfect plan for mankind. He misinterprets everything and tries to destroy what God has designed to be beautiful, with his evil deceptive schemes.

The enemy says you can’t BUT GOD says YOU CAN do all things. Phil.4:13

The enemy says your worthless BUT GOD says YOUR WORTHY Eph.2:4,6

The enemy says you failed BUT GOD says YOU WIN. Isaiah 43:25

The enemy condemns you BUT GOD’s grace transforms you. Eph.1:6

BE SOBER MINDED 1Peter 5:8

What does that mean? What are the results of an intoxicated person? They are not alert and sleepy and easily swayed to do things they wouldn’t have normally done though they were sober. The opposite is to have a sober mind and be on the alert

He is an accuser of the body of Christ. He is the master deceiver and he has deceived many people to believe that he doesn’t exist. He is crafty and has many schemes to outwit us. His main goal is to steal, kill and destroy all the good that GOD has created for us to enjoy. John10:10 He loves to twist the truth and lead people astray especially the body of Christ.

BE READY TO RESIST

BE SUBMISSIVE TO GOD

It is important to keep our spiritual condition sober, strong and alert and not to be intoxicated spiritually where we are caught off guard. Praise God for we are more than conquerors and since God is for us who can stand against us? Not one, not even our enemies. Stand fast therefore in the liberty where Christ has made us free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1

I had a dream to be married and it started when I was a young girl at the age of eight. I tried to make my dream come true on my own many times and all I found was pain and heartache. When Jesus rescued me from suicide in 1998, He said He would love me and make my dream come true. I was so excited and stepped out in faith in October of 2001 and bought a wedding dress. It cost $600 at the time and I didn’t have the money, but the Lord made a way. I believed at the time the Lord would send my husband in April of 2002. I prayed and prayed but April came and went and no husband. I trusted God year after year believing His promise to me and He answered, and I was married on April the 17th of 2018. What a journey it has been over the years as I drew closer to Jesus more and more. He is my first love and always will be and I give Him all glory and praise for the most wonderful man He has brought into my life. I’ve learned patience over the years and I must say It was worth the wait and if you are waiting, trust me it will be worth it, for God’s timing is perfect and He knows the exact day for your dream to come true!! The picture I’ve posted is the wedding dress I purchased 17 years ago, a lovely ivory pearled gown that has hung in my closet all these years and I wore it on our wedding day…Praise God!!

I even went back to the bridal shoppe where I purchased the dress and told the girls that worked there about my story and they asked me to bring it in so they could see it. What an exciting experience it was and I pray that God blesses you with His peace and His presence and may all your dreams come true ❤️

Jesus is the Lighthouse

My life once was a river of tears that flowed like the ocean, There waves overcame me in the darkest of night. Who could rescue me from waters so deep? I found myself drowning with no hope in sight. My life it was sinking overcome by the waves I knew it was over and I was enslaved, I cried out for help, but no one could hear, And I knew it was over and gave in to my fear, Then a Light in the distance was shining so bright, Guiding me gently through the storms of the night, He calmed all my fears and directed my way, To His rivers of Love, I now live every day, If it wasn’t for the Lighthouse where would I be? He’s dried all my tears and new hope I see, He awakened my dream, since He set me free. Jesus is my Lighthouse, His love rescued me. LFH Aug.10/2001

If there is anyone out there that feels all hope is lost and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel, I want you to know that Jesus loves you and He’s calling your name. He wants to be the Light in your life and enlighten your eyes to see the dreams He has for you. He wants to calm all your fears with His peace, fill you with His Love and strengthen you with His Joy. Don’t give up but give Him a chance to prove His love for you. I know He will because He has proved to me throughout the years His love and His word is faithful. He will never leave you nor forsake you, what He has done for me, He can do for you and even greater than what you could ever ask or think right now. I pray you will be drawn to Him through His Holy Spirit, in Jesus name

CONTENTMENT and CONFIDENCE go hand in hand for godliness with Contentment is great gain. 1 Tim.6:6

CONFIDENCE in God drives out all fear, doubt, anxiety, and worry and He will give you PEACE and great FAITH to CONQUER any mountain that stands in your way.

Paul says in Phil. 4:11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. 12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things, I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Paul learned to be content in Christ no matter what the circumstance he faced. He knew God would be there to help him. It is the same for us as we journey with the Lord, we learn to trust Him in everything. Look back on your life and you will see, every time you were in need for something, God came through for you. And He will do it again with His great provision and protect you in every way. With all that said, as we put our faith in His word, we will grow in confidence in our God who is alive and willing to give us all that we need.

Paul ends with the verse I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

And we too can put our total confidence in God’s word and say,

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Lord Jesus,

As You say in Your word godliness with contentment is great gain. Help me to live according to Your word and drive out all fear, doubt and worry, so, I may live the abundant life You promised. in John 10:10. I speak life in me with Your word so, I may accomplish and do all things through Your strength as Your word says in Phil.4:13. Thank You Jesus and this day I put my trust in You.  Amen and Amen

If you are in Christ you are a NEW creation, old things have passed away, all things are NEW. 11Cor. 5:17 What a powerful promise!

When you invite Jesus into your heart and life, you are made NEW. You are no longer the same. All that you were in the past He erases and a new story He writes for you beyond what you could ever imagine, and it comes to life in every page as you walk in His ways. A new beginning beyond what you could ever believe can happen for you, for His thoughts and His ways are higher than yours, therefore His plans for you are bigger than yours. His dreams for you go beyond  what you could ever ask or think.

He is the God of Hope and gives you NEW HOPE!

He gives you a NEW HEART!

He deposits a NEW SPIRIT within you!

He enlightens your eyes to see high above into the spiritual realms!

He plants a NEW SONG in your heart!

He gives you a NEW REASON to live!

He gives your life NEW MEANING!

He gives you a NEW FUTURE!

May the Lord speak to your heart at this moment. He can do great and mighty things for you and He will if you let Him. I once was suicidal, and all hope was gone. There was no light at the end of the tunnel, but one day Jesus shone His Light on me and made everything new for me, beyond what I could ever believe, and I know He can do the same for you. How is it that women can see the beauty of God’s creation all around them, but when they look in the mirror, they can’t see the beauty God created…

You are more beautiful than you ever dare to believe, God said you are fearfully and wonderfully made, (fearfully means high admiration) You were created in His image to commune with Him daily. You are more valuable to Him than all of creation. His thoughts of you are endless because He delights in you. He has crowned you with His glory and honour. He has clothed you with His righteousness. You carry His sweet fragrance wherever you go. He transforms you from earthly glory to spiritual glory. You receive wisdom from His word and an ornament of grace He has placed on your head. Don’t think less of what God created you to be and all that you are for Him. He doesn’t see any flaws or failures because you are committed to Him. He sees Christ in you and sees you in completion as His vessel of honour. You are sanctified and useful to the Master Artist and He wants you to see yourself as His beautiful work of art. He takes pleasure in you as He shapes and prepares you for every good work. He’ll add finishing touches for your final destination when He returns and then you shall be like Him. Until that day believe in all you can be and do through Him. Greater is He in you, than you ever thought possible. Your spirit is renewed daily and you’re youthful as you wait on Him. Let Him pleasure Himself in the beauty of you He created, so He can fulfill His desire for you. Let Him lead you to His unique plan that He has designed since the beginning of time. You will succeed in being the beautiful woman, He has called you to be, so His name will be glorified. Trust in Him with all your heart and know He has created you beautiful. Don’t listen to the lies in your mind that try to tell you different. You are a new creation in Christ for it is He that brings out the beauty in you.

Look again in the mirror and believe you are a beautiful part of His magnificent creation. Say “I am beautiful, and I will walk in the beauty and strength of the Lord. According to His word, I am youthful beyond any age because my spirit is renewed, refreshed and revived through the Holy Spirit every day and my youth is renewed like the eagle. I was bought with a price, I belong to Him and I will live for Him.”

Meditate on this word, don’t just read it and set it aside, for I believe they are from the heart of God. He longs for you to truly know deep in your heart how much He loves you. Don’t dwell on your self worth, but dwell on your worth to God. He holds you in high esteem, far above all of His creation. Jesus sacrificed His life so you could live a new life in Him.

Let’s move forward on His path that shines brighter every day until He returns. Let our steps FOLLOW Him and keep our mind FOCUSED on Him and our eyes FIXED on Him always.
