Each day we are faced with challenging tests that will either help us grow to be more like Jesus or they will cause us to go in reverse instead of moving forward. It’s important to keep moving up and not let things get us down. The fruit of the Spirit is a biblical term that sums up the nine visible attributes of a true Christian life. We want to display in our daily lives fresh fruit and flourishing, so we can have a nourishing effect on the world around us. We don’t want to be a bruised piece of fruit or sour, for it will only leave a bad taste in someone’s mouth. But we want to be ripe and refreshing, strengthened to endure so we can be a blessing and a comfort to those who need a healing touch. We can’t produce the fruit on our own, but it is the work of the Holy Spirit in us. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control. Gal.5:22,23

In James ch.1 verse 3 I’ve personalized…

Let’s count it all joy when we face various trials for the testing of our faith produces patience and let patience have its perfect work in us so we may be mature and complete, lacking nothing. Such as being contented in all things. Now when it speaks of joy that is not jumping up and down and laughing but keep in mind when you are facing trials that test your patience, think happy and good thoughts that there is a glorious outcome through it all. Let patience rule for it plays an important part in our life as a Christian for it not only produces perseverance, but all the other fruits will grow much easier when patience is achieved. If we lack patience, we can lose it easily and become irritable, angry, and not happy. Think about it for a minute, how difficult it would be to display gentleness, kindness, peace, joy, goodness, faithfulness and self-control without patience. So, let’s allow our every day challenges and trials of life to work in us so we may grow into maturity, complete and lacking nothing with pure contentment. It is possible since we have the Holy Spirit working in us to bring us into that place.

In Matthew 7:16 Jesus said, You, will know them by their fruits. Let it be our goal this day to display healthy fruit to glorify God in everything we do.

Lord Jesus, Whatever I am going through this day that tests my patience, I pray You will allow these circumstances to strengthen my heart and stretch my character, and make me more like You, so I may shine and glorify You. In everything I do. In Your precious name, Amen

As we journey through life, in the end there is a destiny which is heaven, but until we arrive each one of us are called and set apart for a purpose. Nothing happens by chance or coincidence when you are a Child of God. We walk in the Spirit as we follow after the Holy Spirit and each step we take, is assigned by Him for God’s glory. Through every bend and curve, He has an assignment set up for us. He aligns us with certain people and assigns us to complete a particular task. It’s like planting seeds along the way and we reap the benefits as we follow His leading. Sometimes we may get caught up in things around us and not see what He wants to do through us. He will open doors of opportunities every day, so always be open to receive them and don’t miss out on a precious moment to bless someone. We are all called to shine His light and minister to others, and it is not only for certain individuals that are gifted in a particular area. We are all given the Holy Spirit as a gift and all things are possible through us because we have the power of God living in us. Not every assignment is the same for others as it is for you. The Lord may put a person on your heart to pray for and someone else may not feel the same need to do so. Or you may be out shopping and run into someone you haven’t seen in years. There is your opportunity to encourage or speak life, whatever the case may be, look on it as the Lord’s assignment and if you don’t know what to say, He will give you the words. Also, you can share the blessings of God and all He has done for you. Testify of His greatness and you will be surprised at how many will welcome your testimony. We live in a needy world and people need to hear about this new life we live. Don’t miss out on opportunities for prayer, and to share His love around you. Every person you encounter whether it be negative or positive, you can plant seeds of blessing upon their life, in a smile, a kind word or deed, whatever the Holy Spirit puts on your heart to do. Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, listen to His whispers and obey His promptings and you will receive blessings in return.

~I want to share with you of a few experiences my husband and I had to give you a better idea of what I mean. We moved into our new home in a new city. We wanted to find a good church to worship and our first and foremost goal was to be where God wanted us to be. We asked around and heard of a dynamic church with great worship and a huge congregation. In my mind I was excited and thought it sounded great, but the Lord had other plans. A few days later we went shopping and met up with a pastor I hadn’t seen in years. He told us of his church not far from us and I mentioned we would visit, and he was delighted. We attended that Sunday and we loved the service and the people made us feel welcome. I had an opportunity to give my testimony of God’s goodness in sending me a husband. We had a wonderful time, but we still weren’t sure if that was where God wanted us to be. Later that afternoon we met up with a lady from the church. She mentioned how happy she was to hear my testimony and said she is a single mom, praying for a husband and I hope you come back. Well that’s all we needed to hear, and we knew in our hearts that was the church God wanted us to attend. We didn’t visit any other after that and we love it there and the people. It is a small congregation but the Spirit of the Lord is there and that’s all that matters. On June 3, 2019 it will be one year since we attended, and we are truly blessed as we followed the Holy Spirit’s leading.

~ Also I remember not long ago we went shopping at the dollar store out of town and to my surprise I met up with an old friend I hadn’t seen in years. She shared with me that her husband has cancer and is going for treatment. I told her we’d pray she thanked me and gave me a big hug.

~My husband received an email just yesterday from someone he lost touch with years ago. She said she was dying of cancer and was contacting everyone who had left an impact on her life over the years and was saying goodbye. What an opportunity it was for my husband to return her email and let her know we would pray for a healing miracle in her body. It wasn’t by chance he met her years ago and it was for such a time as this, for him to witness and to pray for her.

~Just a couple weeks ago after church, we just stepped in the door when I forgot something out in the car and ran out to get it. I saw my next-door neighbor whom I haven’t met before raking her leaves. I said hi and she warmed up to me and seemed to be drawn to me. I knew right then and there, it was my assignment to witness and share my story, so I did, and I gave her a copy of my book. She then blessed me with a book to read of an orphan girl in Africa who trusted in God. I’m not sure where the Holy Spirit is going to take it, but my responsibility is to plant the seed and God will make it grow and even if I don’t know the reason or see the final result, I will continue to follow and as I sow I will reap the benefits as I walk in obedience to the Lord and you can too. Love & Blessings, Lollita Faith

I am near to comfort your every sorrow and dry every tear. As you linger in My presence, I will shower you with raindrops of joy. Blessings in abundance, shall overflow for you with greatest pleasures beyond what you could ever ask or imagine. How faithful is He who gave His life, the greatest sacrifice, so we could be free. His river of pleasures overflow and wait for you to partake of His glory. Let His waves of love consume you and drift in awe of His magnificent grace. How precious is our Savior there is no one like Him.

Lord, With a humble heart I will bow in Your presence and give You all praise. I thank You for Your excellent kindness and unmerited favor. How gracious and majestic is all of Your ways. I give this day to You O Lord and enjoy your every favor. Your fragrance of love shall be with me as I walk with You each day. All I desire is to be more like You quench my thirst for Your living waters. May I be drenched in the beauty of Your river of pleasures forevermore. Amen and Amen.

I love different fragrances that are available to enhance your style throughout the day. It is like adding the finishing touch to your make up. Some of my favorites are scents by Alfred Sung, Chanel and Walk on Air by Kate Spade. It is nice to start your day with a fresh scent to share and when others are caught up in its scent their left captured. But there is a fragrance not like any other and it is available to everyone but not all people wear it. It is a unique, one of a kind fragrance that not only has a sweet-smelling aroma, but it also has an enhancing effect on you, but that’s not all. I love how the fragrance stimulates and causes others to take notice. It is a rare and priceless fragrance that money cannot buy, but it is most valuable and has a radiating effect and can change the mood of others around us.

The story of Mary with her perfumed oil is told of in Mark 14:3-9, John 12:1-11. Mary poured on His feet the sweet-smelling fragrance of oil that was very expensive and dried His feet with her hair. Jesus was touched in His heart with her humble act and the sacrifice she made which was definitely an expression of love from her heart for Him. She poured out her love from that bottle and the sweet fragrance filled the room.

As followers of Christ we too have been poured out from His heart of sacrifice, a sweet fragrance of Christ beyond any other. We put on a lingering scent of His love every morning and it can last all day refreshing others as they pass by. It is a passionate scent of love from His heart to ours so we can share His love and His presence around us…

~A simple smile can have a great effect on someone…I remember one day at work an elderly woman walked up to me and said, “You will never know how much your smile has touched me and thank you. I won’t forget it.” Then moments later before she left, she thanked me again. That was when I realized how I carry the Lord’s fragrance in a smile. It had a lasting effect on her and whatever she was going through, it healed her hurt and the memory of my smile will linger in her heart.

~We also carry His fragrance in kind words we speak. The Holy Spirit gives us the right words to say when we aren’t sure what to answer. Luke 12:12. I have experienced this many times and I actually enjoyed it when people didn’t like me, because it challenged me to share the fragrance of Christ in doing nice things for them, showing kindness etc. and I must say it worked every time and their whole outlook changed towards me. I give God all the glory and praise for I knew it was the fragrance of Christ that poured out upon them.

~We also can radiate His love and sacrifice with His sweet fragrance in expressions of joy. I remember going to work overflowing with His joy and not long after I could see the employees around me were affected by it and they didn’t even know it. They were joyful and the Lord showed me the sweet fragrance of joy we can share in our everyday surroundings. I remember visiting a lady who was depressed, or I should say not in a good mood. I was determined to not lose my joy and about an hour later this person was laughing and in a great mood. This all may sound foreign to some, but this is what I’ve experienced, and I love to share the fragrance of Christ wherever I go. And wow, when you see the difference you’ve made in the darkness around you it is so rewarding, and God is well pleased. In God’s word it says, in His presence is fullness of joy. So, as we connect with Him throughout the day and keep the communication lines open, we are walking in His presence. He is living within us and as we acknowledge Him and keep our minds on Him, we can have a great effect on the world around us. We need to train and renew our minds because it doesn’t come naturally. I remember at the beginning of my journey I would look up Psalms and take a scripture of power and praise with me to work and meditate on it. I’d let it sink into my heart and the Holy Spirit took over my day as I kept in tune with Him.

Also, to people in the world around us they can see there is something different about us, some may not like it, but others are drawn to His Light within us. Matt.5:15,16.

~Just yesterday I met up with my neighbor that I hadn’t seen all winter, she was sitting outside on her porch. She told me how much more beautiful and younger I looked than last year, and she said she loved my hair. Well of course I smiled and thanked her but to be honest, my hair is the same color and style as it was last year and younger? mmm…well, my spirit is being renewed every day 2 Cor. 4:16. When I went in the house I knew in my heart it was the beauty of Christ she saw in me and I said to my husband, that is my desire to be more like Jesus and grow in His likeness from glory to glory. 2Cor.3:18

Ephesians 5:2, 2 Cor.2:14,15.

On a cold November day in 2001, as I sat parked at the arena waiting for my son to finish skating, I looked out at the bare trees. Everything was so dead and dismal looking. I opened my bible to Isaiah 51 verse 3 and read the beautiful verse, “For the Lord will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden. And her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness will be found in it, thanksgiving and the voice of melody.” I knew the Lord was speaking to me through this word when suddenly I looked up and saw a beautiful garden of flowers. I sat in amazement when an image of Jesus stood, covered in a white mist. I couldn’t see His face, but I saw His hand reach out for mine to enter His garden and I said, Yes Lord, this garden of my heart is your garden…

How beautiful and at the time I didn’t know but as I took His hand and said, Yes, it was the beginning of a sweet intimate relationship between the Lord and I. Isaiah 51:3 has come true for me. The Lord has comforted me and all my wasted places. He has made my dry wilderness like Eden and my desert like the garden of the Lord, Joy and gladness is found there and abounds even 19 years later with thanksgiving and the voice of melody. I am so grateful to the Lord and I love singing to Him every morning when I awaken. My heart overflowed with words of love for Him through this beautiful encounter and still does to this day…

“I suddenly see a garden of flowers in the midst of bare trees, I’m enthralled by the beauty of it all. Then in the shadow I see Him in white raiment as His hand reaches for mine. I hear His faint whispers tenderly say, “Come to my garden, walk with Me, Let me take you to My secret place. You are the love of my life, I have waited a lifetime for you to hear My voice. …Come, now is the time…” I then placed my hand in His…

We walk together oh so close side by side, so in love forever, I will never let go. I feel His breath brush against my brow as He holds me close, I drift in His arms on His river of pleasures. He clothes me with the beauty of holiness, and I’ll carry the scent of His fragrance wherever I go. I hear the sound of His voice as He sings over me and the warmth of His whispers cause my heart to dance. I float in heavenly realms far above the clouds, my mind cannot fathom all that’s in store, but where He leads me, I will follow, for I am His and He is mine!”

I returned to the fold as a prodigal on Nov.8,1998 and it was one of the most difficult moments of my life, but as I took that first step I entered a new door to freedom like I had never known before and I didn’t look back. In each step forward, I found myself walking in freedom more and more. Joy overflowed and still does like rivers I never thought possible. How could it be, for a suicidal slave to sin be forgiven? And living a new life wow, my eyes were enlightened to see higher, deeper and rise above my hopeless condition. My heart overflowed with words of love in poetry and prayers, and I would wake up through the night at all hours with expressions of my new life of hope. I give God all the glory for giving me this new life in Him. It is dream-like, but much more than a dream because I live this new life in reality, every day. Here is a poem I wrote years ago and I pray it will encourage you not to give up but to keep looking up for your day will come and the Lord will lift you high above the clouds…

“O the brightness of His glory beyond what my eyes see, Enlightened by His Spirit, His beauty sets me free, I can glory in His presence where heavenly anthems reign, Rejoicing in its rhythm, His angelic host proclaim, I can dance in heavenly places, I am free to shout and sing, As my heart overflows with praises, To my Savior, my Lord, my King, I stand in awe of His presence, Sweet glory and honor I see, I’m amazed at His infinite power, as His Kingdom is living in me, What more can I do but to praise Him, for all that He’s given to me, A new heart to love and adore Him, My spirits alive and set free, My heart is in harmony with heaven, By His Spirit I so sweetly sing, Without Him I can do nothing, So I’ll give all the praise to my King.”

As I rest my soul in the beauty of His love, I will clear my mind, set my affections high above, My eyes will be enlightened to see the wonders of His grace, In the spirit I’ll see Jesus and His tender loving face, What glory I encounter as His peace flows over me, All else can pass me by for in Him my heart is free, His grace abounds like rivers rushing through my weary soul, Strengthened by His Spirit I’ll reach the heavenly goal, Nothing shall ever separate or ever come between Our perfect bond of love beyond my every dream, There is no one else beside Him I need each passing day, He excels above all gods He’s the truth the Life, the way.

Whatever you are going through or wherever you have been it doesn’t matter in God’s eyes He loves you just the same. Why not give Him a chance to prove His love to you? In the beginning of my journey I honestly didn’t think He was real but He said He would prove His love to me and He did. Wow, I am truly amazed at all He has done. God says in His word it will rain on the just as well as the unjust. He didn’t promise us a perfect life here on earth and He did say we would have tribulations. But in the midst of it all we can rest in His promise that His grace will carry us through. When we are in our weakest moments through Him, we are made strong. Sometimes we can be hit by an unexpected storm but the beauty of it all, Jesus has a purpose and as a result of the storm, He always makes something beautiful out of it. He works in our lives in ways beyond our understanding because He is higher and all He asks is for us to Trust Him for He will never ever let us down. If there is something you are going through that is big remember God is bigger and will do for you beyond what you could ever imagine. Just this past week I was hit with a storm and as I walked through it His grace carried me though each step. There were things I had to face and each morning as I began another day I said to the Lord, “Only by Your grace.” And it was beautiful as His grace brought me through it with opportunities for me to share His love and compassion with others. So whatever storm you are facing today cling to His grace and let Him work it for His glory. I pray this word encourages you and I pray for God to calm the waves and cause your heart to stir within you of His magnificent love for you… Confirmed scriptures of His precious and powerful promises are in 2 Cor.12:9, Matt.5:45, Romans 8:28, and in John 16:33 Jesus said, These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. When you receive GOD’s free gift of salvation within your heart there is a place of quiet Rest Deep in your soul. HE enlightens new Hope so you can rest in HIS presence. HOPE will not disappoint you for GOD has poured HIS love in your heart through the Holy Spirit. ENTER into HIS Rest and let the cares of this world drift out into the waves of the sea and Rest in HIS sweet Presence. I believe Jesus is calling His bride to prepare herself and be ready for that Day. We need to live in expectation and anticipation as we pray, for I believe He is coming soon. No one knows the hour or the day, but that doesn’t mean He isn’t coming. The church is His bride and we are the church and we will make ourselves ready!! It is beyond our imagination how glorious and beautiful that Day will be…but we know as it says in His word, we shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is. Just a few days after I dreamed this dream and wrote this word. I met my Boaz and we married 5 months later. We just celebrated our 1^st anniversary on April 17^th 2019, God is truly amazing, and He works in mysterious ways. He has blessed me with a wonderful husband, and I give Him all glory, but our heart’s are longing with great desire to meet our Lord and Savior Jesus, our heavenly groom and now we live in great expectation for that day to come soon. If you delight in the Lord, He will give you your heart’s desire. As you trust Him and commit everything to Him, He will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun. Be still in the presence of the Lord and wait patiently for him to act. Day by day the Lord will take care of your innocence and you will receive an everlasting inheritance that shall not wither or fade away. As spring flowers wither and the grass fades so shall it be for the wicked and those who do wrong. Why should you worry or envy them?

Put your Trust in the Lord and do good so you will live safely with peace and prosperity. The Lord directs every step you take, and did you know He delights in every detail of your life? The Lord gives you favor to possess the land He has ordained for you for all of it was planned. Even if you stumble which all of us will at times, we won’t fall for HE holds us up with HIS hand. HE won’t condemn or rebuke you either for He knows your fragile frame and HE sees the deepest part of your heart and HE knows its intention. HE also understands your every struggle, in fact HE allows you to go through the fire at times to refine and refinish the beautiful masterpiece of “YOU.” As you offer good counsel teaching right from wrong, and make God’s law your own, HIS promise to you is HE will never allow you to slip off HIS path. Even if the wicked wait to ambush you along the way and look for an excuse to kill and destroy you the Lord says HE will NOT let the wicked succeed or let you be condemned. He laughs at them for He knows their day of judgement is coming. HE will come to your rescue and shelter you for HE is your fortress in times of trouble. You may see those that fought against you given back what they deserve, and He will remove them from you as well. When you look for them, they will not be found. So put your HOPE in the LORD and continue to travel along HIS path and HE will honor you by giving you all HE has promised from the beginning. The LORD is our Promise Keeper and will always keep HIS promise so don’t be discouraged but be encouraged in knowing HE will lead and direct you and always protect you. If you are feeling unloved today, then I pray as you read this word you will realize how much you are loved by God. And even more than anyone else ever could. God demonstrates His love by first giving us His Son to die for us so we could be set free. How great is His love to sacrifice His Son for you and for me. We are so undeserving of His Love, but His Love is greater than all our sin. He looks beyond our weaknesses and sees our need.

In Romans chapter 8 there are some verses that are better known than the others. In verse 1 because of His Love there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.  And in verse 28 it says all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Also, in verse 31 If God is for us who can stand against us? No one can, for He is our great defender.

As I searched a little deeper in the chapter, I discovered even more hidden treasures and I will share the ones the Holy Spirit has inspired me with.

In Verse 30 it says,

~Because of His Love in verse 11 He gives LIFE to our mortal bodies through His Spirit who lives in you.

~Because of His Love HE freely gives us all things. Verse 32

~Because of HIS Love we are given new hope. V.24,25

~Because of HIS Love Jesus intercedes in prayer for us daily. V.34

~Because of HIS Love the Holy Spirit prays for us when we are not able. V.26

~Because of His Love nothing or no one can separate us from HIS Love. (v.35) Tribulation can’t, neither can distress or persecution or famine, death nor life, not even angels nor principalities, nor powers. Nor things present or things to come, nor height nor depth and no other created thing. Wow how amazing is that? Your heart and His is so tightly bound in love forever and no one can change that or erase it. He is on your side and nothing can stop His hand from doing what He pleases in your life. His plan and purpose shall be fulfilled no matter who tries to come against you. You are God’s elect, His chosen one and His love for you is more than your mind could ever fathom. So, don’t feel unloved this day for Jesus wants you to know He loves you and will never leave you nor forsake you. I haven’t covered it all in Romans 8 but I challenge you to seek the chapter and discover for yourself the beauty of His love in each verse. There are also many other hidden treasures throughout the Bible for us all yet to discover. How blessed we are to have a God who is alive and loves us so and has given us the power of His word to live by each day. Love Lollita Faith

Lord Jesus, Help me to accept the fact that I am loved by You and nothing else should matter. Forgive me for feeling unloved. May I feed upon Your word daily and discover the beauty of Your love in every word written. Thank You Father for loving me like You do. Amen and Amen  +~

You’re never too broken that you can’t be put back together

No matter how shattered things are right now, Through the brokenness of life you can blossom as a rose 🌹 just when

you think it’s over new life is about to begin beyond

What you could ever ask or think..God can put back the pieces greater than ever before with a new purpose and plan

So don’t give up believing the dry desert you once walked

can blossom as a rose. Every seed that’s been sown you shall reap a harvest In abundance more than you could ever imagine. It’s not over yet till God says it’s over

So let Him build the broken pieces of your life and put it

Back together more beautiful than before for nothing is

Impossible to Him and nothing is too hard for Him to accomplish. How can I speak with such confidence ?

He has done it for me and I know He will do it for you

I believe in His word and you can too

So don’t give up hope when things look hopeless

And be hopeful when you feel helpless

Don’t listen to the lies that try to hurt you and hold you back

Because greater things He will do in and through you

Because He loves you, so give Him a chance to prove His love

To you, He will keep His every promise ❤️

Isaiah 35:1

Believe in all you can do through Christ

Believe you are more than a conqueror

Believe you will triumph through each trial

Believe and He will make all things beautiful in His time

Believe and you can move mountains

Believe and don’t give up, for all things are possible if you

Only Believe…

We are saved through His grace, mercy and love…We will fall and not be perfect until that glorious day when we see JESUS face to face and then we will be miraculously transformed into His likeness.

Until that day JESUS says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. So, let us be glad and glory in our weaknesses that the power of Christ may rest upon us. And let us take pleasure in weaknesses or distresses for His names sake, for when we are weak, we are made STRONG.

So, let us say, I AM STRONG, Because of the POWER of JESUS living in us He is able to keep us from falling and He presents us to the FATHER faultless before the presence of HIS GLORY with exceeding JOY ❤

Lord Jesus,

Many hearts are sad to hear the beautiful Notre Dame cathedral was damaged by fire. It has been a historical work of art for many years and loved by people all over the world. They say 13 million people visit in a year which is roughly 35,000 people a day. This particular cathedral has drawn much attraction for years and so many today grieve its loss. When I heard the news, I pondered it for a moment and said to my husband, Why, should it really matter? Jesus is not coming back for a building made of stone, He is coming back for His bride.

Moments later we both agreed there had to be a deeper message in it for all of us. The next day my heart overflowed with this word…

How much more historical is the life of Jesus Christ who came 2,000 years ago. How much attraction do we have for Him? Isn’t He the reason behind the Notre Dame cathedral and others? How many people who walk through the doors think of Jesus and His splendor as they admire the great architecture and stained-glass windows? I believe it is He that is to be honored and worshipped above everything else. Life is not about the beauty of man-made creations but is in the beauty of the Creator. How much more devastating it is for Jesus to watch His people whom He loves, burn with desire for things of this world and live for themselves and not for Him, as a result they could lose their own soul. In Ephesians it says, Christ loves the church and gave Himself for her to sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, so He might present her to Himself a glorious church without spot of wrinkle, that she should be holy and without blemish. The Lord nourishes and cherishes the church. However, He refers the church to His bride which is you and me and not about a building. We are the church, and He loves us and gave His life for us. We are His bride dressed in His glory and in the beauty of His holiness. We clothe ourselves with fine linen which is righteous deeds. His kingdom within us is more beautiful than any historical cathedral could ever portray. Let us daily clean up the cathedral of our heart and keep washed by the living water of His word. We are in a relationship with Him and it’s not a religion, we are the church and His sanctuary of worship. In this past year I’ve heard of churches go on fire and now the Notre Dame cathedral. But the amazing thing is how God has spared each cross and they still stand and are not damaged. Even in some churches Bibles were not singed, but they were the same before it broke out. I believe this is a message to the world especially at this Easter season we are reminded of His great love for us that He died on the cross to save us and He was resurrected on the third day to give us new life. So, let us take up our cross and follow after Him, not after symbols or structures that are here today and gone tomorrow. We are crucified with Christ and we no longer live but He lives within us. There is nothing we brought into this world and nothing we can take out. All material things on this earth are not eternal they will one day crumble and be no more. Now I’m not saying it is wrong to admire beautiful structures like churches and cathedrals, but it is wrong when we put those things before Him and forget who He is.  As we put Him first our souls will live forever with Him as we rise up and burn with a fire of desire for Jesus Christ alone. Let the Holy Spirit fan the flames and prepare us for the soon coming of the Lord.

Jesus testifies in Revelation 22:12 “Behold I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to everyone according to His work. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

Verse 17. And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” and let him who hears say, “Come!” and let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

“In an acceptable time, I have heard you and in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. 2Cor. 6:2

Now is the time to listen to the voice of the Lord, time is of the essence, there is no time to waste. My prayer is for many hearts to be touched by this word and be drawn to the heart of our Lord Jesus Christ. Love & Blessings, Lollita Faith

In Jeremiah 17:14 it says Heal me and I shall be healed, save me and I shall be saved for You are my praise. I believe God will heal all of our brokenness and all of our hurt. He will rescue us from every struggle and deliver us when we make Him our praise.

Let us remind ourselves of 1Peter 5:8,9 to be sober minded and be on the alert for our adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Let us resist him, be firm in the faith, and remind ourselves that other brethren in the world have sufferings as well.

In 2 Cor.4:17 it says our troubles and struggles are light and are but for a moment. They will not last forever and one day will achieve for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all if we overcome.

So, let us lift up the name of the Lord Jesus and give Him all praise for each and every trial we face, they too shall pass and through each one we’ll gain an eternal greater outcome.

What a glorious truth! Whatever you are going through right now I pray God’s promises will lift your spirits high above your every pain and cause your heart to rejoice! God bless you as you live and move in the Spirit of God.

Fight the good fight of faith with hope in His word!!

Waves of great Love such glory divine, My precious Savior I’m His and He’s mine, Swept away by His Spirit with glory and grace, Through each wave rejoicing in His secret place, His power and kingdom dwells deep in my soul, Refreshing reviving me making me whole, I’ll no longer thirst in a desert so dry, But live on in victory as each day goes by, His living waters I’ll drink every day, For more of His Spirit in me Lord I pray.

Trust in God and Him alone. He will lead you and guide you every step of the way. When fear comes knocking on the door of your heart, don’t answer but stand strong in your faith. Rely not on your feelings for they are like the waves of the sea tossed back and forth, they can rise up with joy then suddenly crash with doubt as they hit the shore. Whatever you are facing today He will guide you to greater wonders as you let Him have His way. Be still and know that He is God and He will calm every storm. Remember painful thorns come before the beauty of a rose in full bloom. Tears last for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Greater days are waiting for you in the future not in your past for it is over and gone. Stand on God’s promises every day and believe, holding on tight to His mighty hand. Let go of the world and those things that bind you for they shall soon fade and pass away and be no more. Let God take you places beyond your every dream for He has a plan to prosper you and not to harm you. Let His light of hope shine forth your new future. At the end of your journey you will look back and see the wonders God made real for you, and through you without regret. Today is the day to let go and let God continue to work in you. Those greater wonders to be known in and through you are about to begin. Enjoy to the fullest your awesome journey with Him. I believe these words are for you to take hold of and not let go and believe and receive every promise in His word. Accept the fact that not everyone is going to like you and may say all manner of evil against you, But remember in these times, Jesus Loves you and Lives inside you and nothing else should matter. Learn to Laugh at Life in the good and the bad. Laughter is good medicine and keeps you youthful at any age So laugh a little at life and live it to the fullest in Christ. No matter what men say or whatever comes your way. God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are His followers. Matt.5:11 Proverbs 17:22

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord. Is.54:17

Stand on His promises and speak them into your life. Know who you belong to and no matter what others say about you is irrelevant. But what God says about you is all that matters. Be encouraged this day as you move forward to all God has planned for you.

Lord Jesus, Help me to be more cheerful instead of tearful. May I not feed my fearful thoughts but walk on by faith in You, Fill me with Your laughter and joy. I stand on Your promises this day. In Your precious name, Amen ..God bless, Lollita Faith

In Romans 12:12 it says, Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer. (NKJV)

In Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (NKJV)

It is my prayer for the God of Hope to fill me with all joy and peace as I trust Him, so I WILL abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. I pray I will rejoice in hope and be patient in tribulation, constantly in the attitude of prayer for all things I hope for. May I know in my heart the true meaning of hope and may I truly wait with patience for those things I hope for. Thank You Lord for I believe You will make all things beautiful in Your time.

The hope of the righteous will be gladness. {Proverbs 10:28}

I WILL rejoice in hope.

I WILL be patient in tribulation.

I WILL continue to pray. {Rom.12:12}

I WILL hope continually and will praise YOU more and more. {Ps.71:14}

I WILL be moved by the Spirit within me.

I WILL not be moved by what I hear or see.

I WILL not be moved by the feelings I feel.

According to His Word…

I WILL Renew my mind.

I WILL Ready myself to experience His joy and peace.

I WILL Rest my soul, for God is faithful to His every promise.  {Romans 15:13}

If someone has caused you harm or hurt you in some way, whether in word or deed submit it to the Lord and lay it at His feet. Resist the devil and don’t let him influence you to harbor resentment or bitterness or cause you to retaliate with negative words or deeds of unkindness. Instead pray the Holy Spirit will flourish within the fruits of Love for this person, with Patience showing Kindness, with Gentleness and overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21

With forgiveness there’s freedom and I believe true forgiveness in our hearts can only come from Jesus. The more we humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord the more grace we receive to forgive. As we allow the Holy Spirit to renew our minds from negative thinking and restore our hearts to truly forgive then our spiritual being is refreshed and revived to live in true freedom. James 4:6,7,8,10.

Psalms 143: 8,9 says, Let me hear Your lovingkindness in the morning; For I trust in You; Teach me the way in which I should walk; for to You I lift up my soul.

Paul says in Ephesians 4:1-3 Therefore I implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

I will set my mind on things above not on things here below. There are so many distractions out there that could easily take our minds off of the Lord and His plan for the day. He desires us to keep in step with the Holy spirit each day. We need to acknowledge Him every morning when we wake up and let Him take over. It’s important to renew our minds with the word of God and plant it in our hearts. If you have a busy day ahead of you, select a scripture to meditate on throughout the day. I love the book of Psalms and there are many scriptures that can encourage and lift up our spirits and keep our minds on things that are righteous.

Forget the past when we dwell on the past we actually move backwards instead of forward. The Lord has forgiven our past and He forgets and wants us to as well.

There is no need for regrets either or if only I had done this or that life would have been better. I’ve been there and done that and trust me it will just cause your emotions to stir negative thoughts and it will lead you down the wrong road if you let them take over. The first step is to be aware of the negative thought. Secondly capture it and then replace it with something that is good. In Phil.4:8 it says to think on things that are true, honest, righteous, lovely, pure and of good report. Take control over your mind don’t let it take over you. It is possible to live at peace within your mind but it takes work to overcome your way of thinking. I remember years ago I had to even pray over my mind many times before I got the victory. My mind was so busy all the time thinking things that only caused me to worry and fret but as time went on I have learned to enjoy sweet peace of mind in Christ and you can too. Since I have been raised with Christ…

I WILL set my mind on things above, where Christ sits at the right hand of God.

I WILL not set my mind on things on the earth, for I died and my life is hidden with Christ in God. {Col.3:1-3}

I WILL saturate my mind with the things of God.

I WILL let the Holy Spirit rule my heart and mind.

I WILL not let the passions of this world overtake me.

I WILL make time for God.

God will keep me in perfect peace, when my mind is stayed on Him and I trust Him. {Isaiah 26:3}

Lord Jesus, I pray You will take over my mind and remove all thoughts that cause me to worry. Help me to think on things that will uplift my spirit and not bring me down. In Your precious name, Amen
