I declare this day to keep my mind fixed on Him alone. When I draw near to Him, He draws near to me. I will focus my mind on heavenly things and be constantly in pursuit of qualities that characterize the life of Jesus Christ. My heavenly goal is to please Him in all things, and I will push aside anything that gets in my way. I pray my eyes are enlightened to see who I am in Christ. I pray my mind is renewed with positive thoughts, removing all negativity. I will meditate on His word, building my faith and confidence in Him. I believe each word will saturate my heart and flow unto others as I move forward to all God has planned for me. In Jesus name

I WILL set my eyes on Jesus and my mind on spiritual things. Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, I will think on these things. {Phil.4:8}

~My mind was hard to train at the beginning and it worked overtime with needless fearful thoughts, so I wrote a prayer over my mind to pray every day~

Prayer to Renew My Mind

I tear down the weapons formed against me in my mind, in the name of Jesus. I tear down any thought that would cause me to fear and doubt. I tear down any thought that would grieve the Holy Spirit and would not glorify My Lord and Savior, In the name of Jesus. I tear down and destroy thoughts that would cause me to take offense, to anyone or anything around me, in the name of Jesus. I will train my mind to dwell on thoughts that are pleasing to the Lord according to His word. I will give the Holy Spirit full control of my mind. I give Him reign over my mind according to my Father’s perfect will, so I may speak and live His divine plan for my life, in the name of Jesus. I thank You dear Jesus for giving me the victory over my mind from this day forward. In Your precious name I pray. Amen and Amen

Prayer of Victory over My Mind

I will sing unto the Lord a new song for He has done marvelous things. His right hand has taken mine and He walks with me, leading me beside the still waters. As I face the storms of life His holy arm surrounds me, holding me close, making me feel secure, assuring me I am His and He is mine. He gives me the victory and breaks all chains of which I was bound. Lord, lead me on to new heights to climb, so I may soar like an eagle with You. I no longer want my will but Yours. May I continue to say these prayers each day, so I have the victory in my mind, as I walk in obedience to You. I only want to please You in everything I do. Through the power of Your Holy Spirit I am no longer conformed to this world, but I am transformed by the renewing of my mind, as I walk in obedience to Your word. In Your precious Name Jesus, Amen

~Not long after my mind was still with no sound, it was awesome. What peace within my mind and I knew it was God that answered my prayer.

In 1 Peter1:13, it says to gird up the loins of your mind. I also learned to capture a negative thought or one that is contrary to God’s word and in my obedience to Christ replaced it with a good thought, one that pleases the Lord. It could be a thought of praise to Him, a thankful thought for His faithfulness or a scripture~ {11Cor.10:4}

There are some things we can control in our lives, and some things we cannot.  It’s important to know the difference between the two and accept them accordingly so you can manage them appropriately.

Some things Out of our control are…

What people think of us, what they say and their actions ~Certain circumstances are beyond our control in everyday life~ We can’t control time it passes quickly but we can control how we use it~We can’t control the weather, but we can control our will to accept it~We can’t control aging, but we can trust God’s promises. ~We can’t control the past or present, but we can trust God for the here and now and our future.

Then some other things we do have control over are…

What we do and say and the choices we make~We have control of our thought life~We have control of our destiny~We have control of our boundaries~We have control over our attitudes, our well-being and how we react to others.

Basically, you are in control of your own life and you have free choice to do each day as you so desire. God created us with a free will, He didn’t create us to be puppets to control us but to give us purpose. He loves us and desires us to love Him with all of our hearts. So then since you have control over you, it is most important to make the right decision every morning and put every passing moment and situation in God’s hands. It is He that has created you and He knows how to fix whatever situation you face today. You may feel you have lost control, but God hasn’t, He knows exactly what is needed and all He asks of you is written in Philippians 4:6 to not be anxious for anything, but instead pray about everything with a thankful heart so you can experience His sweet peace that will guard your heart and mind. There may be a choice you have made that has caused conflict and you feel trapped and not happy with the consequence of that choice. Well I have good news for you God sees beyond all flaws and failures. God makes changes out of our choices and in His work, He rearranges and reignites a flame in the ashes and makes something beautiful out of what once we thought was over. He makes new beginnings with a new fire of hope. (Is.61:3) He renews and restores what was once lost and gives you a new chance to begin again and you learn and grow as you go on in your relationship with Him. We can remove thoughts that can bring us down and renew our minds by reading God’s word and keeping our minds focused on Him. (Romans 12:2) How wonderful it is when we give Him full control of everything in our lives. It is a new way of walking for some, but it is the only way to walk to experience true peace of mind, with an overflowing joy from our hearts which gives us strength and through each step we build a bond so closely to our Lord and Savior’s heart. He makes all things new (Is.43:18,19)  Happiness is another benefit that comes when we are obedient and follow after Him. When He is Lord of our life and we fully trust Him, (ref. scripture Psalms 144:15 NKJV) He takes care of everything and though burdens may press us, He replaces them with blessings to bless us. Let this be our choice today to let God have His way in our life and be the kind of people that no matter how much we feel our journey is out of control, we won’t give up but give it to the Lord and He will equip us to overcome and rise above for with God nothing is impossible. (Luke 1:37) We can walk in confidence with a peaceful mind, a loving heart and a smile on our face as joy overflows, because we simply Trust Him. (Prov.3:5,)

Let’s speak it and live it…“I will take control of the things that I can and leave with God the things that I can’t.”

Speak it Daily and Believe it

~Whatever others may say or feel about me is irrelevant. How God feels about me is all that matters, He gives life in abundance and it is mine.

~I am saved by grace because of His great love & mercy.     {Eph. 2:8}

~I am bought with a price, His precious possession for the praise of HIS glory. {1Cor.6:20}

~I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in Heavenly places in Christ. {Eph.1:3}

~I am adopted as His child and destined according to the good pleasures of His will. {Eph.1:5}

~I am accepted for the praise of the glory of His grace. {Eph.1}

~I am His workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works. {Eph.2:10}

~I am given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. {Eph.4:7}

~I am given the exceeding riches of His grace because of His great kindness. {Eph.2:7}

~I am given the Spirit of wisdom & revelation in the knowledge of Him. {Eph.1:17}

~I am given the exceeding greatness of His power and according to the extent of my faith. He will work His mighty power in and through me. {Eph.1:19}

~I am strengthened with power by His Spirit according to His riches in glory. {Eph.3:16}

~I am given all authority over the enemy. {Luke 10:19}

~I have obtained a rich inheritance. He has enlightened my eyes to see the hope of His calling and the riches of His glory. He has made known to me the mystery of His will according to His divine purpose. I am built upon the foundation of the apostles, framed together with other believers growing into a Holy Temple unto the Lord with Him as the Cornerstone. His covenant of Love is written on the scroll of my heart, with His signature & sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. {Eph.2:20}

Jesus died so I may live the abundant life He promised. {John10:10}

It is important to consider the words we speak and also inevitable, that what we think in our minds, we will eventually say. It is also proven there is power in the words we speak. God says death and life are in the power of the tongue. Even the world knows that to be true. But how much more power is generated, when we speak the word of God through the power of the Holy Spirit into our lives. {Proverbs 18:21}

Jesus says our words are the overflow of our hearts. Dwell on the words you speak in a day. {Matt.12:34.35}

Are they positive and uplifting, or negative bringing you down? Are they filled with complaining or complimenting? Whatever your answer is reveals the condition of your heart. Words are tools to build up or tear down and if not used in a positive manner, you could spiral down to depression. It is important to watch what you say, for it plants a seed within your mind and whether positive or negative, action follows.

For example if you confess you are going to have a bad day trust me, it will happen. Also a comment or suggestion you speak can plant a seed of fear into your mind and even though it may seem innocent, it could escalate into a panic stricken condition, so be careful what you say. Try to think before you speak. The power to use words is a powerful gift from God, but the tongue is hard to tame as the Bible says. The good news, it is possible to train as we gain self-control, which is a fruit of the Spirit. There are many power scriptures to speak into your life every day. I started in the book of Psalms and as time went on, I found myself living a life of joy, worship and praise. What great hope there is that abounds through the Holy Spirit and as we put our trust in Him, great things we shall do. With God there is no limits, He is able to do abundantly above all we could ever ask or think, according to the power of the Spirit working in us.{Eph.3:20} May we abound in hope, speaking God’s word into our life daily, till it’s engrafted into our hearts and overflows from within us unto others.

In Luke 4 Jesus said some seeds fell on good ground and as they sprang up they produced plenty of fruit and the seed is the word of God. Then I planted the seed into my mind and let the roots grow deep in my heart and they flourished into the abundant life. Without the word of God sown into my life daily, I will wither and die and walk around in my own strength and be an easy target for the enemy to attack. Well from my experience, the more I read the word and applied it to my life fears and anxiety disappeared. God’s words says,

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, pray with a thankful heart unto God. Let your requests be known to Him and His peace which passes all understanding will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

{Philippians 4:6}

Lord Jesus,

I long to plunge into Your deepest waters and let Your heavenly pleasures flood over my soul. With deep passion, I long to soak in the beauty of Your presence. I crave for more of Your endless love. With all of my heart I desire only You. All else this world has to offer could never compare to Your infinite love. My life is meaningless without You. I long to share in all of Your splendor. Lift me high to Your secret place once again, where You hide me under the shelter of Your wings. In the stillness, I wait to hear faint whispers of Your voice. I listen with great anticipation of all You will say and in response, I worship and praise You for all that You are and ever will be. As You water my soul with Your living waters, my thirst is quenched. Rivers of joy burst forth like pure fountains, my heart is refreshed. I am graced with wonder as I sit at Your feet. In Your presence my sweet Savior, peace fills me to overflowing. I’m lost in the beauty of Your love. In the quiet stillness of the moment, I hear the sound of Your song as You sing over me. I am captured by the heavenly lyrics. Your melody flows like peaceful waves. Your sweet renewal refreshes my whole being. I am washed and purified by Your Rivers of love. How lovely is the beauty of Your presence. I lay in the wonder of it all longing to stop time, so these precious moments will last forever. You are my treasure and more valuable to me, than all the riches of this world. There is no one like You. No other could ever take Your place. You are enthroned in the center of my heart, sweet Lover of my soul. I long for Your return, for these moments in time together will not stop but go on and on, lasting forever. If I have faith to move mountains and have not love, I am nothing. Faith, hope and love remain, but the greatest of these is Love. I will walk in His love always and forever…

When I think back to my childhood, I was raised to attend church every Sunday and it became a habit more than anything else. I remember the songs I sang were just songs. At one time I was asked to sing, My Jesus I Love Thee, but to me they were just words. I didn’t know Christ in a personal way and I always went astray if things didn’t go my way. I was definitely not a stable Christian and it wasn’t until I hit rock bottom and so close to suicide, when Jesus called me out. My life was a mess and I wondered how He could love me like He did. I rebelled and lived so deep in sin for so long. But in the midst of it all, He looked beyond my weaknesses and whispered in my heart “I love you with an everlasting love, let Me prove My love to you” and that’s when I gave in and what an awesome adventure.

He is truly amazing and my love for Him grows more and more each day. His greatest desire is for us to love Him.

{1 Cor13:2,13}

His first and greatest commandment of all is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and your mind. {Matt.22:37}

When I looked back on the time I knew of Jesus, but didn’t really know Him, words flowed from my heart…

My Jesus I love Thee I’m Yours and Your mine, I feel You within me my sweet love divine, Your peace like a river floods over my soul, Refreshing my spirit, a new woman made whole, Your sweet Holy Spirit revives me each day, I value this treasure He’s beyond what men say, I’ll follow Your footsteps as You lead the way, Nothing shall harm me I’m safe come what may. Dear Abba Father, I give Thee all praise, I’ll thank Thee always for the rest of my days. Amen and Amen.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.  Now when I first read those scriptures, I had no idea what they meant. I discovered as I developed a love relationship with Jesus and as it grew stronger, my heart began to trust Him. It was beautiful and fear began to fade and eventually disappeared, because I knew He was with me and would take care of me. But of course, it didn’t happen overnight, but as time went on and I kept seeking Him and spending time in His word, my love for Him grew strong. {1 John 5: 18}

As a gardener plants flowers and trees, he delights as they begin to grow. He takes great pride as they flourish in abundance. It is the same with the Lord, we are His tree of righteousness, planted by Him and He glories in our growth. We are chosen and He has taken us out of the wilderness and planted us in the sweet garden of His heart. We will grow into His likeness with flourishing fruit in abundance all for His glory. Our roots are planted deep in Him and whatever storm comes our way, a few branches may be broken, but we shall not be moved. Our leaves are green and healthy because we feed on His word and drink of His living waters to survive.

Let this be our prayer…

Lord Jesus,

May the fruit of Your love blossom beautifully in me, so the world may see the beauty of Your love illuminated through me. Keep me planted firm and deep by Your living waters, so my life shall bear all things, believe all things, hope all things and endure all things. In everything I do, shall I prosper as I meditate on Your word day and night….

And as I awaken each morning, my lips shall whisper Your name, With each beat of my heart I will never be the same, Every breath that I breathe Lord is only for You and nothing else matters in all that I do, My soul desires You as I thirst for Your love And the meditation of my heart flows from above, In You Lord Jehovah, as we draw close together, Under the shadow of Your wings I will find peace forever. I trust in You Lord and will keep my mind stayed on You, and as I do, it will flow with pure and lovely thoughts, so worthy to be praised. In my seasons of pruning may Your grace carry me through the process and give You all the glory. Because of Your grace, I am fresh and flourishing as Your fruit grows in abundance from the depths of my heart, with the power and beauty of Your Holy Spirit. What a glorious and peaceful way to live each day.

I arise each morning in awe of Your holy presence. Thank You Lord for Your lovingkindness You pour upon me each day. In Your Precious Name, Amen.

You have comforted all my wasted places. You have made my wilderness like Eden and my desert like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness are found in the garden of my heart and waves of thankfulness overflow and the voice of melody I shall always sing in honor of You. Isaiah 51:3

God is our creator and He is so wonderful and truly amazing, and I love Him so much. He has created every star in the sky and knows the number of stars, but that’s not all, God has given every star a name and He values you so much more that He hasn’t forgotten yours. In fact, He has engraved your name on the palm of His hand.

He also created the sun and every sunset tells us another day has ended,

but in every sunrise a NEW day begins. NEW hope arises for He is the God of hope. His mercies are NEW every morning and His faithfulness is great! The Lord is our portion therefore, we put our hope in HIM. We are blessed beyond measure and how great is our God. He loves when we commune with Him. I love praying God’s word as I pour my heart to Him and there is a beautiful prayer of David in Psalms 5:1-3,11,12 that I have personalized.

Lord,

Consider my meditation and listen to the cry of my voice, my King and my God, To You I will pray, and my voice You will hear in the morning O Lord, Every morning I will call out to You and I’ll look up. I will rejoice as I put my trust in You and will always shout for joy, because You defend me. You bless me as I put my trust in You and You surround me with favor as a shield. All that You are and do for me, I will be forever grateful. Amen and Amen

Let’s every morning when we first open our eyes say good morning to our God.

His kingdom lives within us of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. We are truly blessed each day to live this new life and it is all possible because of Jesus dying on the cross to save us we are set free to love and live for Him.

Don’t give up hope when things look hopeless this day But RISE up with FAITH for GOD’S EXCELLENT GREATNESS is coming your way. HOLD ON and NEVER LET GO, FOR it’s IN THESE TIMES HE wants you to depend on HIM, TAKE HIM AT HIS WORD and KNOW that HIS PLAN will PROSPER YOU and NOT HARM YOU but GIVE YOU NEW HOPE for a GREAT FUTURE. Jer.29:11 TAKE ON HIS STRENGTH and you will do ALL THINGS HE has ASSIGNED FOR YOU. Phil.4:13 CALL unto HIM and HE WILL ANSWER and IN HIS PERFECT TIMING HE WILL DO GREATER THINGS THAN YOU COULD EVER ASK OR THINK.Jer.33:3

HIS GRACE is SUFFICIENT to carry you through every storm. Trust in Him and do not fear…

JESUS said many times in HIS word not to fear and here are some awesome promises to look up and stand on each day… God will not fail you (Deut.31:6), God will not forsake you (1 Chron. 28:20), God is with you (Isaiah 41:10), God will help you (Isaiah 41:13), God knows you by name (Isaiah 43:1), God can do marvelous things (Joel 2:21), It is God’s pleasure to give you the kingdom (Luke 12:32), and Christ is the First and the Last (Rev.1:17).

Fear is the opposite of FAITH

God is well pleased when we replace fear with FAITH, FAITH is more than a feeling but is believing GOD can and will do abundantly above all we ask or think. FAITH is an act of obedience that we walk when we truly believe HE will perform that which HE has said to us…So let us WALK by FAITH and not by sight for WITH GOD all things are POSSIBLE!!

This verse best describes the woman I am, my LIFE my PASSION is JESUS. It is a declaration of my identity. Every breath I take is for HIM and every thought, every word I write is all about HIM, my attitude, emotions, actions, expressions and motivation is only for HIM. In HIM I LIVE & MOVE & have my BEING.

NO ONE can separate our LOVE. MY HEART is tightly WEAVED with HIS nothing or no one can unwind. JESUS is all I LIVE for. I once lived in a dark place until HIS LIGHT of LOVE shone through and reached the depths of my broken heart and soul. HOW can I NOT GIVE HIM all of me for HE has set MY HEART FREE! This world is not my home…ALL THINGS in this world I give up so I may KNOW HIM more & more. I PRESS ON & take HOLD of HIS HAND, towards the goal for the prize of HIS high calling. I forget the past for it is gone and I reach toward HIS PLAN & PURPOSE for me.

I’M HERE for HIM ALONE to PROCLAIM HIS MIGHTY LOVE & POWER across all nations till HE calls me HOME for by HIS side where I BELONG!!

I LIVE to PROCLAIM the NAME ABOVE all NAMES! JESUS CHRIST KING of ALL KINGS! LORD of ALL LORDS! HALLELUJAH!!

I WILL

Keep On Going… in the strength and mighty Power of God,

Keep On Pushing… all aside that gets in your way,

Keep On Running… the race set before you with patience,

Keep On Fixing… your eyes on Jesus the Author and Finisher of your faith,

Build up yourself on the most Holy Faith Praying in the Holy Spirit,

Matt.5:14-16, Gal.5:25, Acts.17:28, Phil.3:4-14, Jude 20,21.

What does it mean to me to sit in Heavenly places? The eyes of my heart are enlightened to see beyond all earthly measures and to live in a spiritual realm high above all earthly struggles. I can walk in the SPIRIT and rise above the flesh. There is a peace in my heart that goes beyond the believable, a joy filled with HIS glory no word can describe, a great hope for the future and a great faith that moves me with an abounding LOVE as my heart is fastened to HIS and a deep passion like fire makes me hunger and thirst for more. I once sat in the darkest of places until JESUS invited me to HIS heavenly place. It is a secret place where HIM and I dwell, a place where I discover the person, I was created to be to live a lifestyle of worship and praise and as I allow the HOLY SPIRIT to move deep within me, HE develops gifts I’ve been given to fulfill the FATHER’S divine plan and purpose for me.

Ephesians 4:4-14 (His word has come alive in my heart and mind and I walk in the glory of His grace step by step every day with great anticipation of the future.)

Verse 19-22

YOU are no longer strangers but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of GOD.

We are built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with JESUS CHRIST being the Chief Cornerstone in whom the whole building is fitted together and grows into a holy temple in the LORD.

YOU also are being built together for a dwelling place of GOD in the SPIRIT. WOW!! Phil. 3:20 ref.

Know who you are in CHRIST and enjoy the journey. May God’s grace and peace be with you all, Love and Prayers always, Lollita Faith

I remember the time when things went wrong for me my first reaction was to run and I couldn’t bear to stay and face the issue. Sometimes it seems easier to run when things don’t go our way, but I’ve learned it is better, to Be still and know that He is God. Psalms 46:10 and then I would always try to understand what God was doing I needed answers, but the Lord kept showing me the scripture in Proverbs 3:5,6 to trust in Him with all my heart and not lean on my own understanding…words flowed from my heart through this experience…

Don’t try to understand what can’t be understood…Don’t try to make happen what is better left alone…Rest your mind, Relax your emotions, Rejoice in your heart and be thankful to God. Make the choice to rejoice and let the joy of the Lord flow and be your strength…

Then the Holy Spirit brought to my attention the scripture…

But Jesus beheld them and said unto them, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, my ways, saith the Lord.  Matthew 19:26, Isaiah 55:8

I knew I had to trust the Lord for He wanted to do something bigger in my life than I could ever comprehend. In other words, the impossible.

Lord Jesus, The possibilities are endless and are mine if I be still, Knowing You are God, I shall have Your perfect will, For nothing is impossible, to me if I believe, With You all things are possible Your promise I’ll receive, I’ll trust in You with all my heart, and not in what I see, I’ll live life to the fullest, in all You’ve planned for me, Thy ways and thoughts are higher Lord, my mind can’t comprehend, I open my hearts door to You, for in You I can depend, In everything I give to You, as You direct my way, And lead me to my sweetest dream, no one can take away, Forgive me Lord for trusting in my mind and what I see, With faith I long to please You, after all You’ve done for me.

FAITH is not a feeling, but it is believing in God who can do abundantly above all we can ask or think, FAITH is a knowing in our hearts that He will do all He says in His word FAITH is an act of obedience that we walk when we truly believe He will perform that which He planted in our hearts, We shall walk by FAITH and not by sight With God all things are possible.

Jesus didn’t promise us a life without problems, but He did promise us He would never leave us, and His grace would be sufficient to carry us through every storm. Deut.31:6, Heb.13:5

What you think is for evil it is meant for your good. It is all for HIS glory HE knows best as HE should, When you feel so alone, HE is right there to comfort, console you each burden He’ll bear, In the midst of great trial eyes streaming with tears cast off every doubt and all of your fears, for each tear is a prayer when words can’t be spoken, a message they send, through HIM chains are broken, Don’t give in to your feelings or thoughts in your mind, for they’ll only cause you to be spiritually blind. Set those things aside and just trust and obey, joy comes in the morning and tears pass away

PRAY without ceasing HE has great things in store

HE makes you triumphant in all you go through, from glory to glory HE’s working in you. wherever you’re at in this moment of time, TRUST HIM in all things and soon you will find, when things do look hopeless GOD pulls you through, each time by HIS GRACE and deep LOVE for you. 1 Thess. 5:16-18

HE is our HOPE, our JOY, our STRENGTH & our SONG. Let us RISE UP & allow His river of living waters within us to overflow. The Holy Spirit will stir His river and nothing or no one can stop these living waters deep within, how precious is this flow of love between you and Him. As we Praise God His River of love stirs within us Renewing, Reviving, and Refreshing our hearts. As strong winds try to bring us down embrace His songs of Praise and let our hearts sing. May we hold up our Shield of Faith though it is battered and worn, and we won’t let anything hinder us from moving forward. Let us lift up our Sword high and stand on His every promise for they are written just for you and for me. Pray through every storm and Praise Him for it shall soon pass and the “Son” will shine within. His grace will carry you to the place He has ordained for you! Plants can’t live on sunshine alone, they also need rain to survive. We too need rain in our lives, for our seeds of faith to grow in our hearts. When the rain pours down, and troubles come your way it is your season for roots to grow deep and let the seeds of faith build a strong foundation.

Then as your faith grows through trials you then are able to take great leaps of faith to fulfill His purpose for your future. Each time we let our seed of faith grow through the storms of life we become stronger and stronger in our faith, and as time passes our steps get lighter and lighter and before you know it, we begin to dance in the rain and our burdens we carried are no longer there and we begin to praise Him, and the spirit of heaviness begins to vanish.

So, count it all joy when all kinds of trials come your way, because it is through them you become stronger in your faith to face another day and patience begins to grow.

I pray for seeds of faith to grow deep in me when the storms of life begin to pour. May I trust You through every trial and let patience have a chance to grow in me. As the rain pours, I will allow You to reign over my life so Your joy may be full and remain, keeping me strong. Psalms 149: 4 For the LORD takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation. Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom. 1 Peter 5:5 Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

Psalms 25:9 He leads the humble in what is right and teaches the humble his way.

Humility is something that is gained as we train ourselves to be humble God leads us into what is right and teaches us His ways. We also are given a gift of His grace from Him and we grow in His wisdom. It is a state of mind well pleasing to God and as we surrender our flesh and allow His Spirit to flow through us and transform us to live and walk in the Spirit, we are given patience through every trial or opposition, our soul is then preserved in tranquility. Humility is the opposite of pride and as we realize in the end it’s not about us but it’s all about Him, we are on our way to experience a life of excellent living!

Whatever opposition comes our way God allows it only for our own good so we can grow to be more like Jesus. We need to face opposition head on and position ourselves in Christ through His Spirit and not give into the flesh.

P – Prepare and put on the armor of God. Praise Him in all circumstances.

O – Don’t oppose or give into your old ways, don’t feed the flesh

S – Submit and surrender to the Holy Spirit, stand on God’s promises and be strong

I – with new insight see deeper into the inner man or woman God has called you

T – Trust in the Lord, and take away negative thoughts,

I – Let it inspire you to grow and be an inspiration to others

O- Don’t let opposition overcome you but be an overcomer

N- it is Not about you so don’t give into the natural (flesh) but take on God’s nature

through His Holy Spirit.

I will clothe myself in humility and grace, In order to do this, I must seek His face. I’ll give in to each lesson for I know I will learn, to be more like Jesus wherever I turn. Whatever befalls me be it bitter or sweet no room for the flesh in the Spirit I’m complete, Nothing is greater than to be more like Him I’ll adorn myself with His beauty deep within, In every opposition I’ll let Him have His way For in Christ I am commissioned, I surrender all to Him this day

Dear Jesus

May I be more like You In everything I do, Take all pride and selfish things, That would hold me back from You, Lord I pray you keep me humble, whatever people say or do, Let me see their heart with Your eyes so I am more like You. Don’t let my flesh take over but keep me close to you, Holy Spirit fill me now I pray, I can’t do it without You. Make me more like Jesus, In everything I do. Amen and Amen

DREAMERS are DIFFERENT for they see beyond this DIMENSION. They are FAITHWALKERS believing in things they can’t see in the natural but believe they can make it happen as they keep walking forward by FAITH. They are also called VISIONARIES and are rarely taken seriously. If you are a DREAMER you are most likely to be mocked, laughed at, ridiculed and misunderstood, If not to your face, behind your back for sure. BUT don’t be discouraged instead be ENCOURAGED and take COURAGE one step further to making your dream come true no matter how impossible it may seem God can do it for you. YOU need to take the initiative and push everything aside and trust and obey the Lord in every step whether big or small. Don’t listen to others or be led astray for God’s best is on the way.

Be BRAVE and keep dreaming BIG DREAMS, keep your heart and mind focused on the LORD and let go of fear and don’t let it stop you from moving forward to your destiny. Keep working towards BIG things and enjoy the little things on the way.

The LORD is your light and your salvation you have nothing to fear. Since the LORD is the strength of your life who or what makes you afraid? Whatever enemy comes against you they shall stumble and fall. Though many come against you, let not your heart fear: though war should rise against you, be confident and trust Him for He will not fail you. Seek the Lord while He may be found, desire to dwell with Him and behold the beauty of the Lord in His presence all of your days. In these times of trouble, you are hidden in His secret place with Him. He shall set you up upon a rock and you shall not be moved. He will lift you up above your enemies, therefore offer sacrifices of joy and sing praises unto the LORD. He hears when you cry out to Him and in His mercy, He will answer you. He longs for you to seek His face, seek His face continually. He will not hide His face from you, He will not turn His back on you He will be your help and your strength He will never leave you nor forsake you. As you wait on the LORD be of good courage, for He shall strengthen your heart you have nothing to fear.

There was a time when my soul was feeling down, and I cried out to the Lord with this prayer. May it inspire your heart when you feel the Lord is distant and you need a fresh touch from Him.

Lord Jesus,

Listen to my hearts cry in these tender moments as tears gently flow from these eyes. Carry me to Your secret place, where I once was. Refresh and revive my weary soul let me see You in the sweetness of Your glory. Let me feel the beauty of Your presence, surround me with Your Love now and always. It’s in these trying moments I thirst for more of You, dry my tears and let me feel your waves of peace overflow

Each day with the touch of His hand, you are His portrait of beauty uniquely created for Him. But we as women sometimes take the brush in our own hand and we dwell on our flaws and lose focus of how God sees us. You are forever youthful because of His Spirit living within you. You are the apple of His eye precious in His sight, so awaken your eyes to see the sweet picture of beauty you are to Him. He doesn’t make mistakes. In His word He says you are beautiful and wonderfully created by Him. Let His glorious portrait of you shine from the depths of your inner soul. Walk in His grace & adornment and flow in His Spirit every moment of every day. Praise & worship Him with a grateful heart for He desires your beauty, for He is your Lord. Walk in the spirit and believe and receive all He has made you to be and more.
