Live in Expectation

On Nov. 27th 2017, I had a dream of a wedding, and it wasn’t like any other…I didn’t see the bride, but I knew in my spirit there was a message in it for me and to share with others. So, I sought the Lord the next day, these words flowed from His heart, then my heart responded to His…

Can you hear My faint whispers, in the still of the night? I dream to have you near me, I long to embrace you, The time is now for our hearts to draw closer, Prepare your heart for my return, Breathe in My word, Pursue with passion My desire for you, Soak in the beauty of My love, I have redeemed you, you are mine…My thoughts of you are endless, I created you for Myself to enjoy, My heart yearns to be united with yours, Watch and wait for me, My bride, soon I will be there…Jesus

I hear Your faint whispers my heavenly Groom, I prepare my heart for Your sweet return, I purify my body, soul and mind so I can be with You, I dress myself in Your likeness each morning, I saturate my heart in Your word every day, O how my soul longs to be with You, There is nothing in this world I desire besides You, I live and long for the Day we are united as one, With great expectation I watch for the Day You arrive, My heart is set on you, my heavenly Groom, I will pay any price to have You for my own, I will keep myself pure, in thought, word and deed, All else is meaningless without You, I will wait for Thee, I will wait…

I believe Jesus is calling His bride to prepare herself and be ready for that Day. We need to live in expectation and anticipation as we pray, for I believe He is coming soon. No one knows the hour or the day, but that doesn’t mean He isn’t coming. The church is His bride and we are the church and we will make ourselves ready!! It is beyond our imagination how glorious and beautiful that Day will be…but we know as it says in His word, we shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is. Just a few days after I dreamed this dream and wrote this word. I met my Boaz and we married 5 months later. We just celebrated our 1st anniversary on April 17th 2019, God is truly amazing, and He works in mysterious ways. He has blessed me with a wonderful husband, and I give Him all glory, but our heart’s are longing with great desire to meet our Lord and Savior Jesus, our heavenly groom and now we live in great expectation for that day to come soon. Love & blessings, Lollita
