When we pass through a storm and it seems to overtake us let us remind ourselves of the scripture inRomans 8:28. It says all things we go through God works out for our good.
In Romans 5:3-5 it tells us to rejoice in sufferings, because suffering produces perseverance;perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us,because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us. Through it all He is building within us His greater strength. Godis preparing to position us for the great plan He has purposed for you and for me. Nothing happens by chance but everything we face is all approved by God and our steps are ordered.
In Prov. 3:5,6 it says to trust Him with all of our hearts and not lean on our own understanding but acknowledge Him and He will direct our path. He is an all-knowing God and sees the beginning to the end and knows what is best.
Lord Jesus,
I cry out for Your strength to enable me to cope. I rejoice in You in obedience to Your word, Help me to give to You this burden that I carry. Don’t let it overtake me, but may the power of Your Holy Spirit takeover, so I may rise above it. At this moment I put my trust in You and will not lean on my own understanding. I know You are with me and will make a way for me. Thank You Jesus, Amen
